case manager 로 재택근무하시는 full-time RN 찾습니다.
자기주도적인 일을 원하시는분, Holistic care 에 관심이 있으신분, routine schedule 원하시는분 환영합니다.
환자 workload 는 around 15 patients 이고, field visit 은 2주마다 하시고, once in a while visit for admission or on-call triage 나가십니다.
환자분이 모여 있기 때문에 travel 많지 않습니다.
나머지 날은 집에서 documentation, staff and family communication 위주로 case manager work 하시면 됩니다.
근무시간은 Mon to Friday: 9AM-5PM 입니다.
Experience 에 따라 Payrate 조정해 드리며, 경험 없으신분 training 해드립니다.
