주 업무 내용
-렌트 콜렉션 및 테넌트들에게 노티스 전달
-아파트 내에 문제가 있을시 인스펙션과 함께 필요한 서비스 요청
-근무시간 월-금 8시-5시 (저녁이나 주말에 올 수 있는 비상 전화는 매니저로서 책임을 맡아주시고 그에 대한 조취를 해주셔야합니다.)
-테넌트들, 벤더들과의 좋은 관계 유지 및 관리 감독
-생활영어 가능 / 한국어 필수
-라디오코리아나 정해진 구인 사이트에 빈 유닛 광고
자격
-고졸 이상, 최소 1년 이상 경력 필수입니다,.
-운전 면허증 필수 및 자가용이 있어야합니다.
-인터뷰 단계중 백그라운드 첵크 및 약물 검사를 꼭 받으실수 있어야합니다.

A Live-In/On-Site property manager is needed to manage a building.
Position Overview:
• Experience with rent collection, posting of notices and marketing and leasing
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors
• Live at the building managed
• Live-In/On-Site property manager experience of a minimum of one year preferred
• GED or HS Diploma
• Driver's license and a car
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
• Full Time- Mon-Fri- 8a-5p (available after hours and weekends for emergencies)
• Compensation- $3500-$4000/month gross salary (rent deducted)- depending on experience
• Bilingual in Korean is preferred
