JOB SUMMARY:
We are a tax service firm that has helped our clients to receive maximum tax benefits for the last 23 years. We are currently looking for an assistant who can contact the IRS to inquire about the tax refund status.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviewing and understanding the clients’ refund status, and then calling the IRS to ask for updates.
2. Requesting necessary documents from the IRS.
3. Communicating with the account managers regarding the information from the IRS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
2. Adept phone communication and customer service
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and internet research
4. Must be detail oriented and a fast learner
5. High level of professionalism, motivated, and goal oriented
Wage: $20/hr.
