Location: City of Industry, CA

Type of Work: Full Time

Salary Range: $50,000 ~ $70,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• Ability to travel occasionally and attend sales events or exhibits

• Proficiency with computers (Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market research and competitor analysis

• Identify and acquire new accounts and business opportunities

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions

• Understanding the systematic sales process, such as the proposal of new products, consultation on stores, procure purchase orders, delivery management, analysis of sales status, promotion plan, etc.

• Collaborate effectively across departments with clear and responsive communication

• Minimize risk through AR management within a fixed period

• Monitor and report customer insights and market trends

 

 

Accounting (AR- AP)
Job Description

Oversee billing and payment activities by coordinating accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with month-end close, including preparing journal entries and reviewing general ledger accounts
Help with drafting key financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow summaries
Track and follow up on unpaid invoices
Maintain organized and compliant financial records
Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes for greater efficiency
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support for the finance team, including data entry and recordkeeping
