-Lead/Asst. Teacher at Good Shepherd Christian Preschool in Chino Hills, CA
-Must have 12 units of ECE from accredited institutions.

* Responsibilities:
-Implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
-Be able to lead prayers, share Bible stories, and attend worship once a week.
-Support children's learning through hands-on engagement and encouragement.
-Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students.
-Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and inclusivity..
-Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
-Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff regarding children's progress.
-Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

* Qualifications:
-Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
-Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
-Strong behavior management skills to foster a positive learning environment.
-Ability to provide compassionate care for children of varying abilities.
-Familiarity with Montessori methods or special education strategies is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and adults.
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
