직무설명
MPNICS-USA의 영업 담당자는 미주 지역의 광통신, AI 데이터센터, 레이저 및 첨단 광학 산업 고객을 대상으로 영업 및 영업지원 업무를 수행합니다. 고객과의 신뢰를 기반으로 장기적인 파트너십을 구축하고, 고객 요구사항을 분석하여 최적의 광학 솔루션을 제안하며, 견적·수주·납기·품질 이슈 대응 등 전반적인 영업 프로세스를 관리합니다. 또한 본사 생산, 품질, 기술 부서와 긴밀히 협업하여 고객 맞춤형 제품 개발 및 안정적인 공급을 지원하며, 신규 시장 및 고객 발굴을 통해 사업 성장을 이끌어 나갑니다.

주요업무
• 글로벌 고객 대상 영업 및 담당 고객 관리
• 신규 고객 및 신규 사업 기회 발굴
• 제품 견적 작성, 수주 관리 및 매출 목표 달성 지원
• 고객 요구사항 분석 및 제품 커스터마이징 지원
• 본사 관련 부서와 협업하여 납기 및 양산, 신규개발제품 일정 관리
• 고객 문의, 품질 이슈 및 클레임 대응
• 영업 데이터 및 고객 정보 관리, 매출 분석 보고서 작성
• 국내외 전시회, 컨퍼런스 및 고객 미팅 참석을 통한 제품 홍보

지원자격
• 전공무관 (상경계열 또는 엔지니어링 관련 분야 학사 우대)
• 경력무관 (신입 지원 가능)
• 한국어 및 영어 능통한 자 (중국어 가능한 자 우대)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 등) 활용 능숙자
• 미국 내 취업에 결격 사유가 없는 자

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with global customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage sales activities.
• Coordinate customer requirements with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Support on-time delivery and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and forecasts.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

Skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer support practices
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Billingual in Korean and English preferred (Chinese speaking is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications
• BS degree in Marketing or engineering or related field would be a plus
• Must be Green card holder or US Citizen
• Ability to travel internationally as required
