Novus Mortgage is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented personnel in submission, funding and loan document departments.
<Required Skills/Abilities.> :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong customer service skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
<Preferred Qualifications>:
- Prior experience in mortgage or broker support roles.
- Familiarity with wholesale lending operations.
- Bilingual skills are a plus (Korean, English).
<Benefits> :
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Competitive salary plus bonus structure after probation
- Health and dental insurance.
- Lunch is provided
