1) Dealer Support Coordinator
Position Title: Dealer Support Coordinator
Employment Type: either Part-time or Full-time
Position Summary
Responsible for managing orders, invoicing, collections, and day-to-day communication with dealers.
This role ensures a smooth end-to-end process from purchase order to payment, and provides first-line support for dealer inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Sales Administration
Receive and review purchase orders (POs) from US dealers and enter orders into the ERP/CRM system
Check product availability, lead time, and pricing in accordance with company policies
Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics and warehouse teams
Issue order confirmations, proforma invoices, and final invoices to dealers
Billing & Collections
Prepare and send invoices and related billing documents on time
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments with dealers
Maintain and update aging reports and collection status
Escalate critical collection issues to management with clear summaries and recommendations
Dealer Communication & Support
Act as the primary contact point for US dealers regarding orders, pricing, delivery, and basic product information
Collect and document dealer requests, complaints, and feedback; coordinate internal follow-up with service, logistics, and finance teams
Support the preparation and distribution of sales materials (price lists, promotions, product updates)
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular sales and AR reports by dealer, territory, and product line
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate data
Maintain up-to-date customer records, contract terms, and special conditions in the system
Qualifications
Required
Approximately 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or overseas sales assistance (B2B environment preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Korean language is a plus
Solid MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working with numbers (prices, discounts, payment terms, AR aging)
Preferred
Experience working with US/overseas distributors or dealers
Experience in dental, medical device, capital equipment, or similar industries
Understanding of basic accounting and trade terms (Incoterms, payment terms, etc.)
Personal Competencies

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and calm communication style
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
