E-Commerce Admin Assistant / Marketing (Full-Time Position)

We are an importer and distributor located in Los Angeles looking to hire a marketing / admin assistant for a full-time position.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations for websites and online marketplaces (processing orders, generating and printing shipping labels, managing inventory, and etc.)
-Work with a network of sales people and be familiar with sales, marketing, and developing an online presence.
-Development of new business relationships which requires inbound and outbound communication on a daily basis
-Ability to develop marketing strategies and workflows to create efficient processes to increase our sphere of influence
-Creating and improving product listings on websites and marketplaces to facilitate and improve sales
-Track and analyze data and identify areas of improvement that can potentially improve sales performance
-Assisting with other tasks assigned


Qualifications:
-Must be fluent in English
-Must be eligible to legally work in the US
-Excellent customer service skills (strong verbal and written communication skills)
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with ecommerce, online marketplaces, and distribution channels
-Effective communicator and problem solver
