Office Admin (Full Time)
 
Job Description
Overseeing and maintaining a clean, orderly office environment. Managing office inventory, service related office eqiupment, telecommunications needs and building services. Provide accounts payable support including processing payments, sending out invoice reminders, and bank deposits. As Office Administrator you should be knowledgeable and have the ability to use various computer programs and applications including Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, Dropbox, Slack, MAC (Apple) proficiency preferred. Additional duties, projects and activities as required.
 
Requirements and Skills
 
Proven working experience as an Office Administrator
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting data
Typing Skills
Hands-on experience in operating MS Office, Excel spreadsheets
Proficiency in English
Strong customer service orientation
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Well organized, good memory
Associates Degree or relevant experience or certification
Qualifications​
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative
Must be proficient in English reading and writing
Must be able to work independently

Job Summary:
This position will assist the Company operating store requirements of maintenance of all relevant machines, store areas.
The candidate will solve the issue with any maintenance related within the company standard and structures from time to time. Also will verify quality control, procedures and documentation; and assist with any ongoing issues, and solve it with the team. Additionally this position will be responsible for store operations, and standard operating procedures.
 
 
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Order and replace broken parts or equipment
Maintain a clean and a safe work space
 
Qualifications​
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
 
Field Operation Supervisor
 
Job Summary:
This position will assist the Company with the daily requirements of overseeing all relevant food safety regulations, policies, and procedures at a company brand operating stores. The candidate will verify quality control, food safety procedures and documentation; solve food safety issues; and assist with HACCP, FSMA, and GMP compliance. Additionally this position will be responsible for store inspections, the development of brand education programs, and standard operating procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for production inspections and proper storage
Develop, maintain, and update all records, manuals, training procedures, product spec books that pertain to food safety and quality control
Perform other duties as required by Management
Qualifications​
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage industry
Must be able to work weekends or holidays, when necessary
Must be proficient in English reading and writing
Must be able to work independently
