Office Admin (Full Time)

Primary Responsibilities:
Proven working experience as an Office Administrator
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting data
Typing Skills
Hands-on experience in operating MS Office, Excel spreadsheets
Proficiency in English
Strong customer service orientation
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Well organized, good memory
Associates Degree or relevant experience or certification

Qualifications​
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative
Must be proficient in English reading and writing
Must be able to work independently

Operation Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:
Monitoring performance of the store locations
Monitoring performance of to-do lists
Monthly music selection
Respond to and resolve other departments’ requests
Other operation related tasks
Drafting any announcements or informative letter

Qualifications​
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage industry
Must be proficient in English reading and writing
Must be able to work independently

Franchise Support Assistant
 
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for production inspections and proper storage
Develop, maintain, and update all records, manuals, training procedures, product spec books that pertain to food safety and quality control
Perform other duties as required by Management

Qualifications​
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage industry
Must be able to work weekends or holidays, when necessary
Must be proficient in English reading and writing
Must be able to work independently

IT Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining computer tools, networks, systems, etc., including troubleshooting problems when they occur
Will be performing regular backups to ensure that data is protected from computer crashes or natural disasters
Training employees on how to use computer programs or tools and providing support to solve computer problems as needed
Will be providing information technology support for an organization’s computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
Working with management to create a strategic plan for using new technologies to improve operations within the organization

Job Requirements for IT Specialist:
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience or education


R&D Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:
Studying the shelf life of various food items and ingredients
Reading food-related magazines and industry reports to learn about current trends
Taste and analyze similar products sold on the market
Taking measurements of ingredients being used
Prepare a variety of ice cream for taste testing.
Using the opinions of taste-testers to adjust recipes for a new taste group
Taking detailed notes during the food product creation process
Meeting with accounting and marketing teams to examine a food product's potential profitability
Meeting with marketing team to determine a food product's market appeal
Prepare for and attend periodic internal meetings.

Qualifications​
1+ years of experience in product development
Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills required for employee relations and internal meetings.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet new and changing demands.
Exceptional attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of all work-related information and materials
