Seeking Fashion Designer in dtla

We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible Fashion Designer to join our team in downtown LA at women's wholesale.


HEAD IMPORT DESIGNER
• Min. 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must have AA or BA degree in Fashion Major.
• Strong at trend reading and research.
• Design and create new styles, colors, and patterns for store & companies.
• Attend fittings & send fit comments.
• Detail-oriented and great communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of garment fabrics, trims, construction & import manufacturing process.
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks.
• Great communicator and be able to delegate work accordingly to team members.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Proficient with Excel & Microsoft Outlook.
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)
• Must be eligible to work in US.


IMPORT ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
• Min. 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Assist Design teams with necessary support.
• Assist with samples, fabrics, and production team.
• Design and create new styles, colors, and patterns for store & companies.
• Attend fittings & send fit comments.
• Follow up with Pre-Production.
• Knowledge of garment fabrics, trims, construction & import manufacturing process
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, and motivated
• Excellent communication & follow up skills (POs, samples, etc.)
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe
• Must be fluent in English & Korean
