Full-Time Mid Level Graphic Designer Specialization in Packaging (Cosmetics/Beauty/Skincare)
Position: Mid Level Graphic Designer
Accountability:
Creating intricate package (die-lines) and product designs under direction of Design Manager, Senior Designers and/or Creative Director
Create pre-press files for production (bleeds, PDF proofing, color separations)
Research, identify, and share current industry design and color trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand
Creating seasonal collections and themes
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Adobe CC Programs (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) skills required
Must have at least 2 years work experience in Package Design
Must have previous experience in Fashion / Beauty Industry
Must have BFA, BA or relevant degree/experience in Art, Design, and/or Packaging
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salaries based on prior work experience and advanced level; discussed during interview
Health Insurance after six (3) months of employment (Company compensates 65%, employee is responsible for 35%)
IRA retirement planning after 12 months of employment
Employee Discounts (effective immediately)
Complimentary parking in private lot with personal access card and security (effective immediately)
Complimentary access to commercial grade coffee and espresso machine (effective immediately)
Occasional meals, outings, social events, and “merch” funded by the Company
