Job Description
The Crème Shop is seeking a full-time employee for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator with a 1-2 years of experience.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates Invoices in Quickbook and sends invoices to Customers via email, EDI System or mail.
• Must be detailed oriented on matching Invoices, PO’S Packing Slips and BOLS
• Send Customer Statements
• Analyze Customer Charged Backs and Disputes
• Posting Customer Payments in Quickbooks.
• Organizing and Filing of A/R Invoices
• Support the AR Team for any month end Report Deadlines.
Work hour
• Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:0pm (1 hour lunch)
Location
• Los Angeles
The crème shop launched decades ago, and has increased its value very well so far and grown successfully. Now, The crème shop is leading K-beauty industry in the nation, and due to its increased volume, we are seeking another crew to grow together.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18-25 per hour
