[Responsibilities and Duties]
- Perform administrative and office support duties
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Process incoming invoices from vendors
- Process incoming cash receipts from stores and file accordingly.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping (Quick Book)
- Assist an accounting manager with work papers and miscellaneous works.
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Bi-Lingual: Korean/English
- Reliable team player with strong work ethic
