$60K - $75K/Year
 
[Responsibilities]
• Manage profit/loss statements and balance sheets
• Report company’s financial health
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Prepare financial and budget forecasts
• Forecast new business financial plans
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Maintain books for multiple companies
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Audit vendor pricing and cost analysis
• Report Sales Tax with CPA
• Coordinate quarterly reports with CPA
• Calculate Payroll and audit Payroll Taxes
 
 
[Qualifications]
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping
• Experience in restaurant industry-specific accounting preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Suite, MS Office, Task management software
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English- verbal and writing, fluent in Korean preferred
