Property Management Field Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
• Supervision of each property by conducting a weekly visit
• Responsible for vacancies; pre move-out inspection, oversee vacancy turn over work
• On Line Advertising, showing vacant units and prepare leases.
• Communicate with tenants and resolve tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units.
• Communicate and Coordinate with vendors.
• Write and deliver notices to tenants
• Supervise and train onsite management staff where appropriate;
• Maintain properties by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs
• Respond to building emergencies
• Maintain a great working relationship and be a main point of contact with clients,
We are Looking for a candidate:
• Property Management Experience of 3 years
• Working Knowledge of Appfolio or Yardi Software
• Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills.
• Bilingual Prefer – English / Korean.  Spanish Plus.
• Possess a fantastic attitude and love to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency and proactive approach.
• Understand that your support of the clients, tenants, vendors and other property supervisors is most critical to the success of the company.
• Love day-to-day challenges and opportunities that require the wearing of many hats.
• Appreciate learning from others and love sharing your knowledge to help others grow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ 20.00 - $ 25.00 per hour plus leasing commissions.  Full Time Job.
