HMart 물류센터 Logistic Admin 및 Truck Dispatcher 모집

1. Available Positions (Full- time)

Dispatcher/Logistics Admin support

-Dispatch and route trucks according to their pickups and deliverys
-Manage all drayage activity including container pickup and return
-Performs customer service, allocation, traffic, routing, but not limited to:
-Generating all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders including checking all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.
-Maintains excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
-Responds promptly and consistently to changing customer needs and circumstances.
-Communicates daily with team members and management about operations support procedures.


2. General Requirement
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include working weekends and holidays etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Must be eligible to work in US.
