Description: The Content Creator/User Communication Specialist will help recruit and develop individual broadcasters. The ideal candidate has a customer service mentality, a great sense of knowledge in the gaming industry and local community, and the desire to turn that passion into a career.

Responsibilities:
Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and organize social livestream content and events
Maintain a regional event calendar that covers professional, community, charity events & conventions
Identify, recruit, and educate potential new talent for live-streaming
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners and broadcasters
Seek out interesting regional business development opportunities
Work with our Customer Support team to help resolve partner issues
Monitor and Curate livestream content day to day basis
Create educational posts to teach new broadcasters
Create online content, edit videos, livestream

Qualifications:
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and self-managed
Deep knowledge of the live streaming industry and existing communities
Familiarity with the AfreecaTV platform as a viewer and broadcaster
Bilingual in English and Korean

Bonus Points:
Existing relationships with game industry and broadcasting community
Experience with eSports, live video content, or gaming communities
Understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics
Analytics and data driven
Expert with all the third party tools on AfreecaTV (OBS / Xsplit)
Expert with video editing programs
Previous employment at a game/media website, game developer, or as a content creator/ talent recruiter/User Communication
Proficiency with other live streaming platforms and communities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
