Production Administration.
Orange Circle Studio/ Studio Oh!, A Gift and Stationery products developer and wholesaler located in Irvine, is now seeking a production administration position to support our dynamic growth with key accounts (such as Target, Paper Source, Francesca's, and Barnes and Noble).
The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a high level of commitment to their work. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual looking to work alongside a tight-knit group within a creative environment.
primary responsibilities
1. Shipment Booking Process
2. Management for all shipment schedule
3. Import & Export work process
4. Receiving shipment (SAP)
5. Checking payment schedule
6. Data entry (SAP)
Requirements:
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Korean) is preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
