Full-time Operations Specialist

[Job Description]
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Process with placement of orders, returns, or exchanges
- Provide basic customer service such as status, receiving orders, and light technical support
- Data entry for sales order and invoice entry
- Communicate with customers, sales representatives and warehouse staffs for accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Review contracts and apply correct discount rate to sales orders and invoice
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

[Qualification]
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English
- Be able to do simple arithmetic
- Proficient in MS Office
- Previous customer service experience
- Dental implant or basic knowledge in the dental field is a plus
